OUR STORY
After working together on several projects—Nick as Project Manager and Victor as General Contractor—we quickly realized we shared more than just a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Every successful project had something in common: clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a process that kept homeowners, designers, and architects informed and empowered.
We founded Bueno Renovations to offer exactly that—a remodeling experience built on trusted communication and streamlined processes, paired with the high-quality work we’re both known for. Together, we speak Spanish, English, and construction, ensuring we can communicate fluently with both clients and crews.

NICK KLOPP
With a degree in Industrial Engineering and over 15 years of project management experience across oil & gas and construction, Nick brings a systems mindset to every project. His expertise lies in creating efficient workflows, keeping timelines and budgets on track, and ensuring every stakeholder stays informed. For Nick, great craftsmanship is expected—but great communication is what truly defines a successful project.

With over a decade of hands-on experience as both a subcontractor and general contractor, Victor understands luxury remodels from the ground up. He’s led crews, trained tradespeople, and worked side-by-side with interior designers and architects, ensuring that every detail—from structural integrity to final finishes—meets the highest standards. Known for his work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and trustworthy leadership, Victor ensures that craftsmanship and collaboration go hand in hand.

In the in-home evaluation, we assess the project space, discuss ideas, and gather measurements. We then develop a step-by-step plan with a customized scope and budget.
Upon proposal approval, we refine the design through iterations alongside the client, finalize project details, and prepare for the next steps to bring your vision to life.

During construction, your project manager oversees everything: materials, labor, inspections, and communication. You’ll stay informed at every stage with a customized schedule—ensuring your remodel is delivered on time and on budget
As your project wraps up, we conduct a final walkthrough, inspection, and professional cleaning. With follow-ups and a one-year workmanship warranty, we’re here for any questions long after completion
